Company structure

The existing organizational and staff structure is built on the basis of the project type principle of work, and has established connection, both vertically and horizontally (between structural divisions). This structure, in general, allows for the operational management of human and material resources in solving the assigned tasks.

The selection of personnel for the company is carried out strictly in accordance with the criteria established in the job description for each position. The employees of the company, in accordance with the requirements of the functioning quality system, improve their qualifications and competence according to the training programs developed at the enterprise. In general, the competence of the company's personnel allows us to carry out projects of varying complexity with high quality.

Work management is carried out according to the project type principle. A project team is created for each project. The team consists of specialists from several departments.
